All fees are for a monthly subscription. You will have the option for automatic renewal at check out.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

​

You can cancel your membership at any time by signing into your account. If you cancel your membership after your monthly package has been processed for shipping, you will not receive a refund. However, you will not be charged for the following month.  

 

DELIVERY

 

All shipments will be sent a week before the new/full moon. You will receive your candle set in time for the next moon phase. You will also receive an email with your tracking number once your package is ready to ship. You will also receive immediate access to view the candle tutorials on the forum page. You will also have immediate access to participate in the coven forum.

REFUNDS

​

If your package is not delivered for any reason you may file a claim with the delivery carrier to request a refund for missing shipments. Your package is insured for delivery.

NO EXCHANGES

​

I will reship you a candle if the one that you received doesn't burn more than 50% at no additional charge. You must email a photo of the candle to bijoubisous112@gmail.com to get a new one mailed to you within 7-10 days.
